Growing up in different parts of Ghana, Ms. Sadia encountered numerous challenges – from a broad range of social, cultural, economical, and emotional, which shaped her life and desire to change the narrative for people facing similar challenges, especially children. She overcame all the barriers, turned some of the challenges experienced into opportunities as she went on to have a university education, successfully built businesses – Alisad group etc, helped the needy, and contributed significantly to addressing some of the societal challenges in Ghana.
